You will receive your product generally between 1 - 7 days depending on the shipping method you select.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order, and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been shipped.
If you place an order that isn’t quite complete yet, you will need to reach out to email@example.com right away and request for it to be cancelled. Be sure to include your order number in the request. Once we confirm that we are able to process the cancellation, you can rebuild your order with a clean slate. But please keep in mind that once an order has been dispatched and on transit to you, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations.
